摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前中国将医疗机构分为非营利性和营利性两类,这种简单的医疗机构二分法分类未能科学界定不同类型医疗机构的边界和权责，不利于医疗服务体系的优化和系统效率的提升，论文提出“三类四种”的医疗机构分类制度。

Abstract: Medical institutions in China are normally divided into nonprofit and for-profit, so such oversimplified dichotomy classification is failed to define the boundaries and responsibilities of different types of medical institutions and perfect health care system and its efficiency. In this article, a new classification "Three Categories and Four types" of medical institutions is proposed.
