Progress in the study of epigenetic regulation in osteoporosis

摘要: 表观遗传(epigenetics)指所有不通过 DNA序列改变就能影响基因表达的、可遗传的调控方式,包括 DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑和微小RNA(miRNA)等。骨质疏松的发生与环境和遗传因素的相互作用密不可分,其中涉及多种表观遗传调控机制。

Abstract: Epigenetics are such heritable modifications as DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling, as well as miRNA, without changes in DNA sequence. It has been shown that occurence of osteoporosis is closely related to the interactions between the genome and enviroment, in which epigenetic regulation play an important role.
