摘要/Abstract

摘要： 载脂蛋白A5调节三酰甘油代谢的可能机制是：1）直接或间接地激活脂蛋白脂酶，加速富含三酰甘油脂蛋白的脂解；2）抑制极低密度脂蛋白合成和分泌；3）加速肝脏对脂蛋白残粒的摄取。进一步明确载脂蛋白A5在调节三酰甘油代谢中的作用，为心脑血管疾病的诊治提供新思路。

Abstract: Apolipoprotein A5 adjusting triglyceride metabolism possible mechanisms are: 1） directly or indirectly, activating lipoprotein lipase, accelerated lipolysis rich in triglycerides; 2） inhibit the synthesis and secretion of very low density lipoprotein; 3）speed up the liver for lipoprotein remnants of grain intake. Further clarify the role of apolipoprotein A5 in regulating metabolism of triglyceride, keen cerebrovascular disease for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide new ideas.
