ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴的生物学功能及其下游信号通路

The biological functions of ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis and its downstream signaling pathways

摘要: ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴具有拮抗ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R经典轴的作用,参与体内众多的生理反应。在循环、泌尿和消化等系统及炎症反应中发挥着重要的保护作用。ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴功能的发挥与其信号通路密切相关。探讨此调节轴的生物学功能及其信号传导通路将为相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis antagonistics ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R classic axis in many internal physiological responses ,which plays an important protective role in circulation ,urinary,digestive systems and inflammation response. The biological functions of ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis is closely related to its signaling pathways. Exploring the biological function of this adjustment axis and its signaling transduction pathways will provide new ideas for related diseases.
