摘要: 巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞的形成是动脉粥样硬化形成和发展中的早期变化。巨噬细胞向泡沫细胞的转变与巨噬细胞清道夫受体介导脂蛋白的吸收,ATP结合盒转运子介导胆固醇的流出及细胞内胆固醇的代谢机制相关。对巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞胆固醇代谢的研究,将为防治动脉粥样硬化寻找新的突破口。

关键词: 巨噬细胞, 清道夫受体, 酰基辅酶A:胆固醇酰基转移酶(ACAT), ATP 结合盒转运子, 胆固醇酯水解酶(CEH)

Abstract: The formation of macrophage foam cells is in the early stage of the development of atherosclerosis. The transformation of macrophage foam cell involves the disruption of a homeostatic mechanism that controls the uptake, intracellular metabolism and ef?ux of cholesterol within macrophages.The research of the mechanism of foam cells has a great significance for the prevention and the treatment for the atherosclerosis.
