诱导性多能干细胞及其转化医学的信息分析

Information analysis of iPSCs and Its Translational Medicine

摘要: 目的 分析诱导性多能干细胞(iPSCs)的研究现状、热点领域及其转化医学研究。方法 采用文献计量分析、共现分析等方法,对2006年至2013年WOS数据库收录的2 859篇iPSCs文献以及ClinicalTrials数据库和Cortellis竞争情报数据库提供的iPSCs临床试验研究和药物研究信息进行分析。结果 iPSCs研究文献年均增长率达159%,美国、日本在发表文章量、篇均被引用次数、相对优势指数方面都处于全球领先,中国科学院和上海交通大学发文量排名进入全球前20,但篇均被引用次数、相对优势指数均低于全球平均水平。iPSCs科研基金资助发表文献的比例从2008的36%上升至2012年的81%,重编程的影响因素和其应用研究是国际iPSCs两大热点领域,药物研发和再生医学研究是iPSCs转化研究的重点。结论 iPSCs由基础向临床应用转化是其研究的必然方向,iPSCs的安全性问题是其临床应用首要解决的问题。

Abstract: Object To analyze the current status,main research area of iPSCs and its translational medicine research. Methods the study conducts a bibliometric analysis of iPSCs by collecting 2859 papers from Web of Science (WOS) in the period of 2006-2013, combining ClinicalTrials datababse with Cortellis for Competitive Intelligence to analyze the clinical trial and drug development of iPSCs. Results The number of iPSCs papers is published with rapid increasing of 159% per year. According to the number of papers, citations per paper and relative advance index, USA and Japan are the world leading in iPSCs area. Based on the number of published papers, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Jiaotong University rank the top 20 institution in the world, but their citations per paper and relative advance index both under the average level of the global. The percent of funding supported papers increases from 36% in 2008 o 81% in 2012. Influencing factors of reprogramming and application study is the hot area in iPSCs, and drug development and regenerative medicine are the priorities in translation medicine. Conclusion From bench study to clinical application is the necessary direction in iPSCs, and its security is the primary issue to be solved in translational research.
