右美托咪啶器官保护作用的研究进展

摘要: 摘要:右美托咪啶为新型高选择性α2-肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有剂量依赖性的镇静、镇痛、抑制交感活性及无呼吸抑制等药理性质。临床应用显示其具有稳定围术期血流动力学、抑制应激反应、减少麻醉药物用量、抗寒战等作用。本文就右美托咪啶基础实验研究关于器官保护作用进行介绍。

Abstract: Abstract Dexmedetomidine is a novel and highly selectiveα2-adrenoceptor agonist. Dexmedetomidine offers beneficial pharmacological properties, providing dose-dependent sedation, analgesia, sympatholysis and without relevant respiratory depression. Resent studies of dexmedetomidine has proved that it can maintain hemodynamics during the perioperative period,decrease sympathetic tone,reduce the consumption of anaesthetic,prevent postanesthetic shivering and provide organ protection. This review aims to present the organ protection of dexmedetomidine.
