摘要: 目的 通过观察大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤后7d,大鼠神经功能、生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)、突触素(SYN)表达的变化,探讨经颅重频磁刺激(rTMS)对缺血性损伤后脑组织可塑性的影响。方法 制作大鼠右侧大脑中动脉梗塞再灌注模型,连续7d给予不同频率和强度的rTMS,同时设立假刺激组和假手术组进行对照。观察大鼠神经功能的变化,并应用免疫组化和Western blot技术检测脑组织GAP-43、SYN的表达。结果 rTMS组大鼠神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显降低,病灶侧脑组织内GAP-43、SYN蛋白水平较对照组显著增高。高频高强rTMS组与其他组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 连续rTMS可以增强神经重塑作用,促进神经功能恢复。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of rTMS on the plasticity of the brain after ischemic injury. Methods SD rat MCAO-reperfusion model was established and then were divided into four groups. Different rTMS were applied within 7 days after the reperfusion. The neurological impairment evaluation score of rats were recorded during this period. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot techniques were used to detect GAP-43 and SYN protein expressions. Results rTMS could improve rehabilitation of neurofunction. rTMS could increase the protein expression levels of GAP-43 and SYN. The therapeutic effect of high frequency and high intensity of rTMS was statistically better than other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rTMS continuously could enhance the plasticity of the brain and improve neurofunction.
