摘要: 死亡受体-1 ( PD-1)可导致病毒特异性CD8+T细胞的功能耗竭,在HCV感染过程中PD-1表达增强,阻断PD-1信号通路可恢复CD8+T细胞的免疫功能,有助于病毒清除。

Abstract: Programmed death 1 (PD-1) can exhaust the function of virus-specific CD8+ T cells PD-1 increased in the chronic progress of HCV infection. Blockage of PD-1 signal pathway may restore the immunological function of CD8+ T cell, which benefit for virus clearance.
