摘要: RNA干扰是指利用双链RNA诱导同源靶基因的mRNA降解,从而抑制特异基因表达的过程。近年来,RNA干扰技术作为一种工具在哺乳动物基因功能研究方面发展十分迅速。本文综述了有关在哺乳动物中介导RNA干扰的载体研究新进展及其应用。

Abstract: RNA interference (RNAi) is a process that functions to inhibit the specific gene expression via the degradation of the target mRNA induced by the double strand RNA. The use of RNAi in mammals as a tool to study gene function has rapidly developed in recent years. Here we described the novel progress and applications of the vector for mediating RNAi in mammals.
