摘要: 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV)感染可引起急性和慢性乙型肝炎,最终可能导致肝硬化、肝癌等严重后果。作为一种可以帮助生物抵抗外在感染的体内防御机制,近年来RNA干扰已成为人们进行抗感染和基因治疗研究的有力工具。本文对RNA干扰技术在抗HBV感染方面的研究进展综述如下。

Abstract: The infection of HBV could cause acute and chronic hepatitis B, and it may lead to hepatocirrhosis and liver cancer eventually. As a defend mechanism of organism to resist external infection, the RNA interference (RNAi) has become a powerful tool for us to study its effects on antiviral infection and gene therapy in recent years. In this article we will summarize the mechanisms of RNA interference and the progress on anti-HBV infection studies by RNAi.
