溶酶体中GAG抗氧化应激诱导细胞凋亡的信号传导通路

摘要: 在氧化应激诱导细胞凋亡过程中,溶酶体中的葡萄糖胺聚糖具有在早期溶酶体水平负调控细胞凋亡的作用。本文重点阐述溶酶体中葡萄糖胺聚糖抗氧化应激诱导细胞凋亡作用的信号传导通路。

Abstract: Glycosaminoglycan(GAG) has recently become an important landscape for discovering new mechanisms of apoptosis stressed by oxidative stress. In this review, we focused the signal transduction passways of GAG in lysosome which can inhibit apoptosis induced by oxidative stress.
