摘要： 摘要：线粒体融合蛋白2于1997年由北医教授陈光慧最初发现。迄今已发现该蛋白质具有促进线粒体融合、抑制细胞增殖、保护细胞免于凋亡等多种功能。目前，越来越多的证据表明该基因产物与胰岛素抵抗状态有关。

Abstract: Abstrct：Mitofusin 2 was first found in 1997 by Kuang-Hueih Chen, a professor of Peking University. A lot of functions have been found about this protein, such as promoting mitochondria fusion, inhibiting cell proliferation and protecting cell avoid of apoptosis. Now, more and more evidence suggest it is involved in insulin resistance.
