摘要： 结合近年来国家护理学招生政策的变化,详细分析了北京协和医学院2003年-2006年护理学本科招生的基本情况,对我校护理学本科招生取得的成绩和遇到的问题进行探讨,建议开放教学环境和实习环境以利于考生了解专业，并采用客观、结构化的招生面试，以利于学校了解考生。

Abstract: This is a review of student enrollment by Nursing School of PUMC from 2003 to 2006. The paper covers the introduction of national policy for student enrollment, analysis of PUMC student background and challenge in the processing of student admission. The information supports the reformation of enrollment in terms of matriculation including objective and constructed interviewing approach.
