摘要: 近10多年来,骨质疏松症的遗传学研究取得长足进展。研究发现多种与骨代谢密切相关的内分泌激素、骨基质蛋白、细胞因子遗传学变异与骨密度、骨质量、骨结构、骨转换率和骨质疏松性骨折率密切相关,本文旨在回顾国内外骨质疏松症遗传学领域重要的代表性研究成果,并思考骨质疏松遗传学研究今后需要关注的问题。

Abstract: Great progresses were made in the genetic studies of osteoporosis during the past decade. Genetic variants of endocrine hormones, bone matrix proteins and cytokines involved in bone metabolism were closely associated with bone mineral density, bone quality, bone structure, bone turnover rate or osteoporotic fracture. We aimed to give a comprehensive review of the most important and representative molecular genetic studies in osteoporosis, and tried to think about the important problems which should be focused in osteoporosis molecular studies.
