新型冠状病毒疫苗接种对妊娠结局的影响

Impact of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination on pregnancy outcome

摘要: 目的 探究新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)疫苗接种对育龄期妇女妊娠结局的影响。方法 纳入2021年5月至2022年11月于多家医联体医院,包括:芜湖市第一人民医院、无为市人民医院、南陵县医院、湾沚区总医院、芜湖市繁昌区人民医院、芜湖海螺医院进行分娩或流产、早产的孕产妇1 987例,其中接种新型冠状病毒疫苗的1 346例,未接种疫苗的641例,并对分娩状况及新生儿出生结局进行记录,包括流产、死产、早产、活产等,和新生儿5分钟Apgar评分、转往新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)等情况。结果 接种新型冠状病毒疫苗组与未接种疫苗组孕产妇在妊娠年龄分布、是否为经产妇上均有差异(P<0.05,P<0.001);接种疫苗组产妇的胎儿活产率(95.32%)和未接种疫苗组产妇的胎儿活产率(94.70%)差异无统计学意义;排除妊娠结局流产与死产后,两组的分娩结局(包括新生儿形态、质量、NICU以及5分钟Apgar评分)差异无统计学意义。结论 与未接种疫苗组育龄期女性相比,接种新型冠状病毒疫苗对于育龄期妇女妊娠结局无影响。

Abstract: Objective To explore the impact of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccination on pregnancy outcome in women of childbearing age. Methods The project was a multi-center investigation covering May 2021 to November 2022 the First People's Hospital of Wuhu, Wuwei City People's Hospital, Nanling Hospital, Wuhu Fanchang District People's Hospital childbirth and abortion. The investigation included 1 987 cases of pregnant and parturient women of childbearing age, with 1 346 cases of SARS-CoV-2 vaccinated, and 641 unvaccinated. Pregnancy outcomes including neonatal weight, 5-minute Apgar score, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Results There were differences between the vaccinated group and the unvaccinated group in age distribution of pregnancy and whether the women were multiparous(P<0.05,P<0.001). There was no difference in the fetal live birth rate between the two groups. Excluding pregnancy outcomes abortion and stillbirth, the results showed that there was no differencein delivery outcomes (including neonatal morphology, body weight, NICU and 5-minute Apgar score between the two groups. Conclusions SARS-CoV-2 accination has no negative impact on pregnancy outcome in childbearing women.
