Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of resveratrol,δ-viniferin and acetyl δ-viniferin on the microcirculation of mice auricle. METHODS Mice were administered drugs by ip.Blood velocity, capillary diameter, and the number of dilatation of capillary in microcirculation before and after injection were recorded. RESULTS δ-viniferin and acetyl δ-viniferin enlarged the diameter, increased dilatancy numbers and accelerate the blood velocity of mice auricle vein and the artery. CONCLUSION The experiment result shows that δ-viniferin and acetyl δ-viniferin can ameliorate the auricle microcirculation in mice, thus may have positive role in the treatment of microcirculation disturbance.
