Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lonicerae Japonicaer Flos. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20， Toyopearl HW-40， and silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as： p-hydroxy-phenol (Ⅰ， 1， 2， 4-benzenetri (Ⅱ， protocatechuic acid (Ⅲ， 3-(3， 4-dihydroxyphenyl propionic acid (Ⅳ， 4-hydroxy cinnamie acid (Ⅴ， 4-hydroxy cinnamie acid methyl (Ⅵ， caffeic acid methyl ester(Ⅶ， apigenin(Ⅷ， 3′-methoxy luteolin(Ⅸ， 5， 3′-dimethoxy luteolin (Ⅹ， luteolin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅺ. CONCLUSION CompoundsⅠ-Ⅺ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
