Abstract
OBJECTIVE To prepare and characterize the rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes. METHODS Rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes were prepared by the lyopyilization. The reaction conditions like materials ratio， reaction time and temperature were selected by L9（3）4 orthogonal experiment. According to the RESULTS of solubility and phase solubility test and X-Ray diffraction pattern， the success of inclusion between rutin and HP-β-CD were identified. RESULTS The best ratio of Rutin and HP-β-CD was 1∶4， the temperature was 45 ℃， and the reaction time was 2 h. The solubility of inclusion complexes prepared under the conditions was about 9.61 mg·mL-1， which increased obviously than pure rutin. CONCLUSION The preparation of rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes could increase the solubility obviously.
