Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Trollius ledebouri Reichb. METHODS The constituents of Trollius ledebouri were isolated and purified by means of various chromatography techniques, and their structures were identified by modern spectral measures. RESULTS Four components were isolated from the Trollius ledebouri Reichb, and identified as 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-2-hydroxyethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and cichoriin, respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Trollius for the first time,of which compound Ⅰ is a new natural product.
