Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of fangchinoline and tetraridrine in Zhongfei mixture.METHODS The separation was performed on an Agilent Zorbax Elipse XDB-C18 column at 30 ℃ and detected at 240 nm,the mobile phase consisted of 0.06% triethylamine and acetonitrile(44∶56) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curves of fangchinoline and tetraridrine had excellent linearity between the range of 0.437 5-17.5 mg·L-1 and 0.875-35.0 mg·L-1.The average recoveries of spiked with sample were 89.30%-94.35% for fangchinoline and 90.08%-95.74% for tetraridrine.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,convenient and accurate,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of fangchinoline and tetraridrine in Zhongfei mixture.
