Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the dispering form of the oleanolic acid drop pills prepared.METHODS Oleanolic acid drop pills was prepared by taking PEG4000 and PEG6000 as carrier.And the infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to evaluate the dispersing form of drop pills in the preparation and to study the solubility in vitro.RESULTS The phase of oleanolic acid drop pills indicated that drop pills formed eutectic mixture or solid solution,oleanolic acid dispersed into carrier as minuteness crystalline or molecule.No chemical reaction was found between oleanolic acid and adjutants.CONCLUSION The bioavailability of oleanolic acid was increased significantly by solid disperse technology.
