Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of the tubers of Gymnadenia conopsea.METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatographic methods, their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of this plant and identified as di-(p-hydroxybenzyl) disulfide(Ⅰ),4,4′ -dihydroxybenzyl sulfoxide(Ⅱ),adenosine(Ⅲ),militarine(Ⅳ),loroglossin(Ⅴ),dactylorhin B(Ⅵ) and dactylorhin A(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION CompoundⅠwas obtained from nature products for the first time, and compound Ⅱ was obtained from the plants of Gymnadenia R.Br. for the first time.
