Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of biotin,folic acid and vitamin cyanocobalamin in water-soluble vitamin for Intersil.METHODS An Intersil(ODS-2)C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used as separation column at 30 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution(adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(90∶10).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm.The injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS The detection limits of biotin,folic acid and cyanocobalamin were 0.10,0.11 and 0.82 μg·L-1,respectively.The linear ranges of biotin,folic acid and cyanocobalamin were in the ranges of 9.49~14.23,96.74~145.12 and 0.746~1.118 mg·L-1,respectively.The average recoveries were about 101.00%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
