Abstract
OBJECTIVE To separate mycophenolic acid by macroporous resin.METHODS The adsorption for mycophenolic acid by four macroporous resins of D303,D290,HZ802 and D312 was compared,and adsorption dynamics process of resins was studied.And the dynamic adsorption and desorption process of mycophenolic acid within fermentation broth on D312 adsorption resin was studied.RESULTS D312 resin provide the optimum performance for the purification of mycophenolic acid among 4 macroporous resins.The adsorptive capacity of D312 resin for mycophenolic acid within fermentation broth was 28 400 mg·L-1,repectively.Mycophenolic acid adsorbed on the D312 resin was desorbed by 85% ethanol and watery hydrochloric acid.The average yield of desorbing mycophenolic acid reached 95%.CONCLUSION D312 resin is an ideal macroporous adsorbent for separating and purificating mycophenolic acid from fermentation broth.The investigation is satisfied and provides a new thought for the industrial production of mycophenolic acid.
