OBJECTIVE To prepare the emulsion type nasal gauze stripe,establish a quality control standard and observe the stopbleeding and antiphlogistic effect caused by different reasons.METHOD S The rational formula was selected and emulsion type nasal gauze stripe was prepared accordingly .The clinical therapeutic effect was observed in 3 groups.RESULTS The total effective rate in treatment group (600 cases) was 98.83%,while the control group 1 (156 cases) and group 2 (123 cases) were 76.28% and 73.17% respectively.The difference was significant(all P＜0.01).CONCLUSION The emulsion type nasal gauze stripe showed certain therapeutic effect with broad clinical application prospects.
