Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the degradation process of three new pharmaceutical necessities of PHPA,PHPPA-3∶7 and PHPPA-7∶3 in vivo.METHODS:The tissue section method and GPC were used to test the change in the planting prat,liver and kidney.RESULTS:We found that the shape of the three materials changed from brown solidto yellow gel,brown or black tiny particles,then degraded into different molecule fragments.The PHPA with more hydrosoluble property,presented the ting particles and high degradation pointearly.After absorbed,the degradation products of three materials got to liver and kidney.CONCLUSION:The three kinds of material may be resolved and degraded in the hypodermis of the mice.The more hydrosolube PHPA degradatede arlier.
