Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To study and set up a method of determining radiately solidified tegafur concentration in blood. METHOD: High performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: High sensitivity, detectable limitation of 1.5 ng per ml, good precision, and easy operations. CONCLUSION: It is a simple, speedy and accurate method of analysis for clinical monitoring.
