Quantitative determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yueyueshu granual by TLC scanning

Abstract

OBJEOTIVE: To study a method for concentration determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yueyueshu granule(Chinese tradifional patent medicine ) . METHODS: TLC-fluorescence scanning was used to determine its concentration. Developer was n-hexane-chloroform-ethyl alcohol-diethylin(10:6:1:1d) λex:275 nm. RESULTS: The analytical recoveries (x%)was 96.54% and the RSD was 2.70%，CONCLUSION : The results show that this method for concentration determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yueyueshu granule is sensitive, simple, special and accurate.
