OBJECTIVE: To establish the qualitative detection methods for the titled granules. METHODS: TLC was used to detect the 4 Chinese medicines (Pogostemon cablin，Angelica dahurica, Atractylades macrocephala and Fructus Jujubae) in the granules, and to examine the stability of the granules at room temperature and accelerative conditions [(4010.5)℃，75% RH ] at the end of 2, 4 and 6 months. RESULTS: The methods were simple, reliable and reproducible. CONCLUSION: The methods are useful in stability examination and quality control for these four Chinese medicines in the granules.
