RBL-2H3 细胞在药理学研究上的应用

摘要

目的 根据大鼠嗜碱性白血病细胞(basophilic leukemia cell line 2H3,RBL-2H3)的生物活性特征和体外培养的特点,对近年来 RBL-2H3 细胞在药理学研究上的应用进行综述。 方法 通过对国内外文献的整理,分析和归纳,较为全面的描述RBL-2H3 细胞在药理学研究上的应用。结果结论 RBL-2H3 细胞广泛用于研究 FcεRI 结构,以及受体配体反应介导的信号途径及其分子机制的研究,并且作为体外筛选抗过敏药物细胞模型。此外,RBL-2H3 细胞也可用于细胞分泌的生化途径、特定基因功能的研究。RBL-2H3 细胞膜富含受体,离子通道等,为其在仪器分析上的应用提供了有利条件。
