摘要
目的对细梗香草全草甲醇部分进行分离和化合物结构鉴定。方法通过大孔树脂纯化,Sephedax LH20和聚酰胺分离;利用多种波谱技术并结合酸水解方法鉴定其化学结构。结果分离鉴定了3个黄酮苷和1个三萜皂苷,分别为槲皮素-3-O-(2,6-α-L-二吡喃鼠李糖基)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(1),capilliposide I(2),capilliposideⅡ(3)和candidoside(4)。结论化合物4为首次从细梗香草中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the flavonol glycosides and triterpenoid saponin in the whole plants of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl.METHODS The column chromatography(including AB-8 macroporous resin,Sephedax LH20 and polyamide) were used to separate constituents whose structures were elucidated by ESI-MS,NMR spectral data and hydrolysis methods.RESULTS Three flavonol glycosides and one triterpenoid saponin were isolated and elucidated as quercetin-3-O-(2,6-di-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1),capilliposide Ⅰ(2),capilliposide Ⅱ(3),and candidoside(4).CONCLUSION Compound 4 was isolated from Lysimachia capillipes for the first time.
