摘要

目的利用B-环糊精(B-CD)增稳电荷转移分光光度法研究氨苄西林钠与对硝基苯酚形成荷转移化合物的百分吸收系数,测定注射用氨苄西林钠/舒巴坦钠复合制剂中氨苄西林钠的含量。方法B-CD增稳电荷转移分光光度法。结果氨苄西林钠与对硝基苯酚形成荷转移化合物的百分吸收系数为124.0±5.8;检测限0.3mg·L;回收率为99.4%;测定氨苄西林钠的线性范围是0.8-50 mg·RSD2.8%。结论氨苄西林钠与对硝基苯酚荷转移化合物在B-CD中有明显的增稳作用,该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于复合制剂优立新中氨苄西林钠含量的测定。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To siudv the specific absorpiivity and content of ampicillinum na-tricum compound ampicillinum na-tricum and sulbactan natricum for injection. MFITHODS B-CD-stabilized charge transfer spectrophotometry was used. RESULTS The specific absorptivity of charge transfer compound in B-CD was(124.0±5.8)%with RSD 2.8%,the linear range, the determi-nation limit and the rccoverv of anipicillinuni naLricum were 0.8-50,0.3mg·Land 99.4%respectively.CONCLUSION The stability of ampicillinum riaLricuni charge trarisfer compound in B-CD was more stable.As a precise. accurate, simple and speedy method, it may be applic for the determination of ampicillinum nalricum and sulbactam natricum for injec-tion.
