目的 评价现行标准中小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片剂含量测定及水杨酸限量检查方法，寻找能够准确测定小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片剂含量和游离水杨酸限度的方法。方法 以C₁₈色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-水（23∶5∶5∶61），检测波长280 nm。结果 HPLC可以避免赋料对小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片剂含量测定和游离水杨酸限量测定结果的干扰。结论 用该系统测定小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片剂的含量和游离水杨酸的限度，可以获得准确的结果。

OBJECTIVE To establish an effective and validated method for determining the contents of aspirin and salicylic acid in low-dosage aspirin enteric-coated tablets.METHODS The C₁₈ column was used and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-THF-glacial acetic acid-water (23∶5∶5∶61) and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS The interference from placebo was prevented by the RP-HPLC method.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC assay was reliable for determing the contents of aspirin and salicylic acid in low-dosage aspirin enteric-coated tablets.
