摘要

目的 以果实和种子类中药材的胚为研究对象,对其形态特征进行探究并数字化表征,为果实种子类中药材的鉴定与分类提供依据。方法 结合植物学相关研究基础,对所收集的果实种子类中药材进行合理解剖,应用荧光体式显微镜及数码成像技术对其胚的构造进行观察、分析、归纳、总结及数字化表征。结果 根据胚的着生方式将果实种子类中药材的胚分为3大类,在此基础上以胚的大小、着生位置、旋转程度,以及子叶的折叠情况为依据,次级分为9小类,并以该特征为依据对果实种子类中药材的科属进行合理归纳。结论 本研究为果实种子类中药材的鉴定、分类以及规范化研究提供了新的科学依据,为果实种子类中药材数字标本的建立及智能识别方向的尝试奠定了研究基础,为中药材市场及智慧监管提供一定的数字资料。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore and characterize digitally morphological characteristics taking the embryos of infruits and seeds of Chinese medicinal materials as the research object and provide a basis for the indentification and classification of fruits and seeds. METHODS Based on the relevant research of botany, the collected fruits and seeds Chinese medicinal materials were dissected reasonably, and the structure of their embryos was observed, analyzed, summarized and digitally characterized by fluorescence microscope and digital imaging technology. RESULTS According to the way of embryo attachment, the embryo of fruits and seeds Chinese medicinal materials was divided into three categories. On this basis, the embryo is divided into nine sub categories based on the size of the embryo, the position of attachment, the degree of rotation, and the folding of cotyledons. Based on this feature, the families and genera of fruits and seeds Chinese medicinal materials are reasonably summarized. CONCLUSION This study provides a new scientific basis for the identification, classification and standardization of seed Chinese medicinal materials, lays a research foundation for the establishment of digital samples of fruits and seeds Chinese medicinal materials and the attempt of intelligent identification, and provides certain digital data for the Chinese medicinal materials market and intelligent supervision.
