目的 设计1种医嘱系统内抗肿瘤药物载体输液进行智能判断匹配的功能,保障抗肿瘤物药溶媒选择正确,确保药物在输液中的相容性,保证临床使用安全。方法 在临床决策系统中加入1种功能,在抗肿瘤药物输液医嘱输入时,自动判断输液选择的正确性,并对不合理医嘱提供实时报警。结果 抗肿瘤药物医嘱系统能正确判断载体输液是否正确,并实时提供反馈。智能匹配判断功能使用前后抗肿瘤药物载体输液选择错误率分别为3.86%和0%(P=0.000 1),抗肿瘤药物载体相关错误率分别为31.02% 和19.54%(P=0.000 5),具有统计学差异。结论 该载体输液智能匹配功能杜绝了医嘱中输液选择错误,确保了加药输液稳定,使患者抗肿瘤药用药安全获得了保证。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To design an intelligent matching function of choosing the compatible infusion fluids for antineoplastic agents in order to ensure the safety of clinical use. METHODS A clinical decision support method was established to judge the rationality of the infusion fluid selection and provide real-time alarm feedback for the irrational orders. RESULTS The compatibility of fluids of antineoplastic drugs ordered by physicians can be correctly judged with real-time feedback. The error rates of fluid selection of antineoplastic drugs before and after the use of intelligent matching judgment function were 3.86% and 0.00% (P=0.000 1), and the error rates associated with antineoplastic fluids were 31.02% and 19.54% (P=0.000 5), respectively. CONCLUSION The intelligent matching function of the infusions can eliminate the wrong choices of infusion in medication order and ensure the safe use of antineoplastic agents for patients.
