Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical intervention and treatment of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS) in maternal. METHODS Clinical pharmacists and physicians jointly participated in the treatment of a highly suspected DIHS puerpera. RESULTS A 32-year-old parturient was treated with piperacillin sulbactam after cesarean section; the symptoms were relieved after treatment and discharged. CONCLUSION In clinical work, we should improve our understanding of DIHS, achieve early recognition and treatment, to minimize the mortality and improve the prognosis of patients.
