Abstract��OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative method for determining the contents of uracil, cytidine, hypoxanthine, xanthine, uridine, inosine, and guanosine in Holotrichia diomphalia Larvae by HPLC. METHODS The HPLC analysis was performed on Waters HSS T3 column(4.6 mm��250 mm, 5 ��m). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile(A) and water(B), and gradient elution was carried out. The flow rate was 1.0 mL��min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ��. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. RESULTS The correlation coefficients of the seven components ranged from 0.999 1 to 1.000 0. The average recovery rates(n=6) were between 91.2% and 97.4%, and the RSDs were between 1.5% and 2.3%. CONCLUSION The proposed method is simple, accurate and reliable, thus providing basis for comprehensive quality control of Holotrichia diomphalia Larvae.
