目的 进行医院药学发展与药师工作模式探讨,为尽快适应深化医改形势,促进医院药学发展提供参考。方法 认真学习和分析深化医改方案,对比国内外医院药学发展情况,提出我国医院药学发展方向及药师工作模式。结果 我国医院药学服务还不能适应深化医改方案的要求,需要迅速改进和完善。结论 深化医改背景下,必须尽快完善相关制度和落实药事服务费,促进医院药师队伍的快速发展,保障以合理用药为核心的基本药物制度平稳实现。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To provide references for adapting to the new medical reform and facilitating development of hospital pharmacy. METHODS By studying and analyzing the new “medical reform”program, comparing the development of hospital pharmacy at home and abroad,hospital pharmacy development direction and pharmacist working mode in China are put forward. RESULTS The function of hospital pharmaceutical care lags behind the development of new “medical reform”, which thus calls for further improvement. CONCLUSION Under the new condition of medical reform,it is imperative to perfect the related system and implement pharmacist service fee as soon as possible, to facilitate rapid development of pharmacist team and guarantee the system of essential drugs with rational drug use as focus smooth implementation.
