摘要

目的 研究冷水花的抗菌活性成分。方法 基于抗菌活性测试,利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20及重结晶等方法分离冷水花提取物的化学成分,并根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从冷水花乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯抗菌活性部位中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),胆甾醇(2),豆甾醇(3),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(4),大黄素(5),芹菜素(6),木犀草素(7),木犀草苷(8)和大波斯菊苷(9)。抗菌活性跟踪测试显示化合物8、9对所试菌株的抑制活性均高于阳性对照药剂庆大霉素。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物8、9具有明显的抗菌活性。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial constituents of Pilea notata C.H.Wright. METHODS Compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallisation based on antibacterial activity test, and the structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as sitosterone(1), cholesterol(2), stigmasterol(3), stigmast-7-en-3β-ol(4), emodin(5), apigenin(6), luteolin(7), luteoloside(8) and cosmosiin(9). Compounds 8 and 9 showed better potential inhibitory activity than the positive control gentamicin. CONCLUSION All of the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time, among which compounds 8 and 9 have potential antibacterial activity.
