摘要

目的 综述壳聚糖衍生物在生物黏附药物传输系统中的研究进展。方法 对近年来国内外以壳聚糖衍生物作为生物黏附材料在药物传输系统中的研究进行总结和分析,介绍壳聚糖衍生物在生物黏附药物传输系统中的应用。结果与结论 壳聚糖衍生物具有良好的理化性质,作为生物黏附材料能够显著延长制剂在黏膜的滞留时间,提高药物的相对生物利用度,是一类应用前景广阔的高分子黏附材料。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To review the applications and progress in research of chitosan derivatives in bioadhesive drug delivery system. METHODS The recent research of chitosan derivatives as mucoadhesive biomaterials in modern drug delivery systems was summarized and analyzed to explore the benefits and applications of these chitosan derivatives in bioadhesive drug delivery system. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Chitosan derivatives are one of the most promising mucoadhesive polymers because of their good physicochemical properties,thus providing prolonged residence time and enhanced bioavailability.
