摘要

目的 探讨何首乌中无机元素的动态变化。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同采收时间何首乌无机元素含量,用SPSS16.0对数据进行相关性分析。结果 共检测了23种元素,且元素相互之间有一定的相关性,部分元素动态积累呈现一定规律性。结论 何首乌中重金属积累曲线最小峰值所对应的时间与传统采收期基本一致,为确定何首乌的适宜采收期提供依据。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the dynamic changes of the inorganic elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix. METHODS The sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-MS after microwave digestion and the contents of elements were calculated according to their calibration curves. Correlation analysis was performed with the SPSS16.0 software. RESULTS Twenty-three inorganic elements were detected in Polygoni Multiflori Radix, and there were some correlations among the contents of these inorganic elements. Certain rules existed in the dynamic accumulation of the some elements. CONCLUSION The minimum peak of the accumulation curve for the heavy metal in Polygoni Multiflori Radix. occured at basically the same time when the herb was collected during the conventional time. This study provides evidence for the optimal collecting time of the herb.
