摘要

目的 对荔枝草(Salvia plebeia R. Br.)根提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用制备薄层色谱、反复硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和RP C18柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 首次从荔枝草根中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1),乌苏酸(ursolicacid,2),粗毛豚草素(hispidulin,3),假荆芥属苷(nepitrin,4),高车前苷(homoplantaginin,5),丹参素甲正丁酯(n-butyl 3,4 dihydroxyphenyllactate,6),丹参素甲酯(methyl 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactate, 7),迷迭香酸甲酯(methyl rosmarinate,8),salviaflaside methyl ester(9),异迷迭香酸苷(salviaflaside,10),(2S)-5, 7, 4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖 ,豆甾醇(stigmasterol, 12),1-O-二十六烷酰基甘油酯(1-cerotoylglycerol, 13)。结论 化合物6、7、9、10、12、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Salvia plebeia R. Br. METHODS The constituents were isolated by various column chromatography techniques and their structures were elucidated based on spectral analysis. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Salvia plebeia for the first time, which were elucidated as β-sitosterol(1), ursolicacid(2), hispidulin(3), nepitrin(4), homoplantaginin(5), n-butyl 3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactate(6), methyl 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-lactate(7), methyl rosmarinate(8), salviaflaside methyl ester(9), salviaflaside(10), (2S)-5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavanone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11), stigmasterol(12) and 1-cerotoylglycerol(13). CONCLUSION Compounds 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 13 are isolated from Salvia plebeia for the first time.
