目的 研究野百合(Crotalaria sessiliflora L.)中的黄酮类化学成分。方法 应用柱色谱技术分离纯化, 核磁共振及质谱鉴定化合物结构。结果 从野百合醋酸乙酯层萃取物中分离得到11个黄酮类化合物, 分别鉴定为异牡荆苷(1)、芹菜素(2)、染料木素(3)、木犀草素(4)、金丝桃苷(5)、槲皮苷(6)、槲皮素(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、4′,7-二羟基黄酮(9)、3′,5′,5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(10)、5-羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮醇(11)。结论 化合物1~11 均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the flavonoid constituents of Crotalaria sessiliflora L.METHODS Column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. NMR and mass spectrometry were employed for their structural characterization. RESULTS Eleven flavonoids were isolated and identified as isovitexin(1), apigenin(2), genistein(3), luteolin(4), hyperoside(5), quercitrin(6), quercetin(7), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), 4′,7-dihydroxyflavone(9), 3′,5′,5,7-tetrahydroxlyflavanone(10) and 5-hydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavonol(11). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
