摘要
目的 对近年来关于灵芝抗肿瘤作用机制的研究做整理分析。方法 查阅近年的国内外文献,进行全面综合、整理和归纳。结果 综述了灵芝抗肿瘤的作用机制,重点阐述其在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞死亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移以及免疫调节等多个方面的研究现状。结论 灵芝具有潜在的抗肿瘤作用,但作用机制复杂,亟待进一步研究。
