Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of total of flacone C |TFC) on the cell apoptosis in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS Using modified longa method the model of rat focal cerebral I/R injury|2 h ischemia and 2 h reperfusion )was established. After operation, the rats were sacrificed and brains were removed for the detection of apoptotic neurons by the method of TUNEL and transmission election microscope. RESULTS TFC can significantly reduced the numbers of dead neural cells, restrained the cell apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury .CONCLUSION TFC can remarkably restrain the cell apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
