摘要
目的综述了近40多年来国内外有关藁本内酯的研究进展。方法分析和归纳了有关藁本内酯的理化性质、药理作用、植物来源、提取分离、稳定性研究、化学合成等文献报道和相关专利的情况。结果与结论藁本内酯有较好的药理作用,极具开发价值,其在纯化分离、化学合成及制剂等方面研究较少且不够深入。
