摘要

目的建立同时测定复方麝香草酚醑中麝香草酚和水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。分析色谱柱Dia—monsil C18(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-磷酸二氢钾(0.02moL·L-1用磷酸调节pH值至3.0)(45:10:45),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长231nm。结果该方法不受处方中其他成分干扰,麝香草酚和水杨酸浓度均在0.1-0.3 mg·L-1内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(rthymol=0.999 9,rsalicylic acid=0.999 8),平均回收率:麝香草酚为99.5%、水杨酸为100.1%。RSD 分别为1.1%,1.3%(n=5)。结论该方法可用于复方麝香草酚醑中2种主要成分的含量测定。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of thymol and salicylic acid in complex thymol spirit. METHODS The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) .The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonirile-methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate (0.02 mol·L-1, adjust pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid) (45:10:45 ) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, with the detection wavelength at 231 nm.RESULTS No interference was found with the determination of thymol and salicylic acid.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.1 - 0.3 mg· L-1 for thymol (r=0.999 9) and for hydrocortisone (r=0.999 8) .The average recoveries of thymol and salicylic acid were 99.5 % and 100.1 % , respectively. The RSD were 1.1% and 1.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method can be used for the determination of thymol and salicylic acide in complex thymol spirit.
