Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To establish a computer assistant image system for investigating the pellets sphericity. METHODS The computer assistant image analysis was applied. RESULTS The aspect ratios of the blank and GBE pellets were 1.16��0.09,1.14��0.09(n=25),and the shape factors (eR) were 0.56 �� 0.12,0.62 ��0.14(n=25).CONCLUSION The pellets sphericity can be evaluated directly and conveniently by the computer assistant image analysis. The sphericity of GBE pellets was desirable.
