摘要

目的 研究富锗灵芝菌丝体中超氧物歧化酶、酯酶2种同工酶及脂肪酸、无机元素含量的变化。方法 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析同工酶谱,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定脂肪酸,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析(ICP-AES)测定无机元素。结果 富锗灵芝菌丝体与普通灵芝菌丝体比较:①同工酶谱存在明显差异;②多不饱和脂肪酸相对含量提高;③除锗、钾含量提高外,其余7种无机元素含量均降低。结论 锗能促进灵芝菌丝体超氧物歧化酶、酯酶的活性和提高其多不饱和脂肪酸含量。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate changing characteristics of two isozymes (superoxide dismutase, esterase) and contents of fatty acids, inorganic elements in Ge-enriched mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum.METHODS The two isozymes were analyzed by PAGE and the contents of fatty acids, inorganic elements were determined by GC-MS,ICP-AES, respectively.RESULTS In comparison Ge-enriched mycelia with normal mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum,there were significant differences of isozyme patterns; the relative contents of polyunsaturated fatty acids increased;seven inorganic elements but germanium and Kalium deceased.CONCLUSION Germanium can stimulate activities of superoxide dismutase,esterase and increase relative contents of poly-unsaturated fatty acids in mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum.
